We will train you in the use of our teaching method for children from 1 to 18 years old. /p h3As our teacher you’ll learn to: /h3 ul liPrepare your classes using KidsUs’ lessons, music, games, stories and arts and crafts. /li liMonitor your students’ progress and guide learners towards their goals. /li liDevelop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and your peers and mentors to support the growth of the children. /li liCommunicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner. /li /ul h3As a coordinator you’ll have to:



/h3 ul liSupervise academic processes following KidsUs policies and method /li liSupport the director in teaching and administrative activities of the school /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liTeaching experience is a plus, but not required. /li liAdvanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher) /li liHave a Certificate of Carichi Pendenti with no previous record. /li liInterest in working with children /li liPlanning and organisation skills /li liA team player: if you've played on a team, you'll fit right in! /li /ul h3We Offer: /h3 ul liFixed-term until 31/12/2026; /li li12 hours per week as a coordinator and 6 hours per week as a teacher (in total 18 h per week); /li liYoung and stimulating work environment; /li liStart in September 2026; /li liSalary: We offer a salary aligned with CCNL ANINSEI. /li /ul pAs this is a hybrid role combining teaching and academic coordination, the contractual level (Level 5 or Level 8A) will be defined based on the prevailing responsibilities. /p pThe gross annual salary (full-time equivalent) starts from €20,665 to €22,017 and will be proportionally adjusted based on the agreed working hours. /p pKidsUs embraces diversity and is committed to attracting qualified candidates who also embrace and value diversity and inclusivity.
