# **Descrizione impiego:**# **CEAM Service Sales Manager**# # # **Role introduction:**# The Service Sales Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all Service Sales activities across **the CEAM 100%** perimeter. The role acts as the business owner for maintenance portfolio growth, retention, recapture, T Orders development, pricing execution, and sales transformation initiatives.# # The position provides leadership and strategic direction to Operating Territories (OTs), ensuring consistent execution of commercial priorities, disciplined pipeline management, and successful adoption of new tools, processes, and sales routines# The OA Service Sales Manager will be the dedicated leader for Service Sales execution across CEAM 100%, ensuring focused ownership of a portfolio of approximately **50,000 service units** and supporting the achievement of growth, retention, pricing, and transformation objectives while strengthening commercial excellence across all Operating Territories# # **Key responsibilities**# - Lead Service Sales execution across CEAM 100%, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth targets.# - Drive portfolio growth through conversions, recaptures, retention initiatives, and tenders.# - Improve commercial performance by strengthening pricing discipline, margin management, and forecasting accuracy.# - Support Operating Territories in pipeline management, opportunity reviews, and sales execution.# - Lead T Orders growth initiatives and standardize sales processes across all OAs.# - Drive adoption of CRM, digital tools, and new commercial processes to improve productivity and data quality.# - Coach and develop Sales teams, promoting specialization, accountability, and commercial excellence.# - Foster collaboration with OA Leads, OT Leads,
