Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Strategic Project Lead to work on a full-time basis. This role involves leading cross-functional initiatives that align technology projects with business objectives. The position requires driving execution of strategic programs while managing stakeholder relationships across global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute project plans for high-impact initiatives, ensuring alignment with company-wide strategic goals
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions while maintaining budget and timeline constraints
• Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive monitoring and contingency planning
• Collaborate with senior leadership to translate business needs into actionable project requirements
• Monitor progress using KPIs and adjust strategies based on performance data insights
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience leading strategic projects in technology or data infrastructure environments
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex business and technical data
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all organizational levels
• Background in coordinating remote teams across multiple time zones
