Main Responsibilities Monthly closing; Variances analysis with respect to standard costs of materials and of direct labor; Cost analysis and monthly reconciliation process with General Ledger; Monthly Inventory control and periodic physical inventory counts and related internal audit; Fixed Assets inventory mangement; Definition of strong standard operating procedures in line with corporate requirements and deadlines; Interaction with Operation, Purchasing, Logistic, Sales; Coordination with Global Shared Services center and Business Platform Controllers. Requirements Technical training background preferred managerial engineering or business economy, a base experience in cost accounting and/or industrial controlling, gained in B2B manufacturing project-based or serial productions companies; Advanced use of Excel, Google Suite and SAP systems is required,
with particular focus on industrial process management modules; 3/5 Years experience in Industrial controlling in a manufacturing plant possibly in a multinational environment; Proficient in English language is a must; Available for domestic travel. Soft Skills: Analysis and synthesis skills with problem solving attitude; Proactiveness; Effective communication, team working and team management; Results oriented. Focus on deadlines; Ability to collaborate effectively with all corporate functions; Ability to understand transactional processes (logistic, manufacturing). Contractual Corporate Compensation Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time. Applied Collective Agreement (CCNL): Metalworking Industry (Metalmeccanica Industria). Salary Range (Gross Annual Salary / RAL) : €41,000 – €52,000. The starting salary will be commensurate with the actual experience gained and the technical skills assessed during the selection process. Contractual Corporate Welfare Benefits Canteen: On-site company canteen Contractual Welfare: €250/year to be spent on goods and services. Supplementary Healthcare: Health insurance (Fondo Metasalute) fully covered by the company. Supplementary Pension: Fondo Cometa, with an additional contribution paid by the company (according to CCNL percentages).
