Would you like to work as HR Manager for Gosselin Italy? For our Headquarters in Brendola, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager who wants to further professionalize our HR department while staying close to our employees and the business.

For you, HR is much more than procedures, contracts and administration. You know Italian employment law, but you also understand that behind every case there is a person.
You move easily between a conversation with management, an employee's question and a challenging discussion with a team lead. You bring structure when needed, look for solutions whenever possible and are not afraid to initiate change when it is better for the organization.
And perhaps most importantly: you get energy from people and from making organizations better.
Job content :
You will have a broad and autonomous role, including:
- HR policy and employment law
- Advice to management and the executive team
- Management of complex employee cases
- HR administration and payroll preparation
- Recruitment, onboarding & talent development
- Conflict management and improving collaboration
- Digitalization and optimization of HR processes
- Updating job descriptions and HR documentation
- Further developing a modern and people-oriented HR policy
Your talents:
You are an experienced HR Professional with:
- A Bachelor's degree in HR,
preferably “Laurea triennale di Consulente del Lavoro”
- At least 10 years of relevant experience
- Thorough knowledge of Italian employment law
- Experience in a larger/international organization with a hands-on and results-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and persuasive skills, with a good balance between structure, empathy and decisiveness
- Italian as a native language and professional English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; Protime is a plus
