Team members work U.S. or U.K. business hours and integrate directly into clients’ existing systems and workflows

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Representative. The Sales Development Representative will identify and qualify prospective clients, conduct outbound calls and emails, and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team. The role includes researching target markets, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and following up on inbound inquiries to generate new business opportunities. The Sales Development Representative will collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging, support campaigns, and provide feedback on lead quality.



Consistent communication with internal teams and potential clients is essential to drive pipeline growth and support revenue objectives.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated Inside Sales experience with strong Sales skills to drive outbound outreach and follow-up.
- Experience with Cold Calling
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Business Development to identify, research, and qualify new opportunities.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Comfort working in a remote environment with reliable internet access and effective time management.
- Experience using CRM and sales enablement tools to track activities and manage pipelines.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Prior experience in B2B services or staffing/outsourcing environments is beneficial.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
