Singapore Airlines, a leading international airline, welcomes interested candidates to apply for the Customer Services Agent position at our office located at Fiumicino Airport.

The ideal candidate should be conversant with Customer service and Ground operations, and hold effective communication skills in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

A minimum of 2 years' experience in Airline Airport Operations is required.

This position requires significant interaction with people.

Please note that work is scheduled on shifts, during weekends and public holidays.

A positive and pleasant attitude, as well as the ability to work under pressure, are required.

Type of contract: temporary (12 months) – subordinate fixed term employment contract

NCLA: Air transport – FAIRO section

Role: Customer Services Agent

Contractual level: 6

Starting monthly salary gross: EUR 1.973 gross for 14 monthly installments

Workplace: Fiumicino Airport

Key Responsibilities

Ensure smooth operations for flights and passengers:

- Monitor check in activities.
- Ensure check-in and boarding commences on time.
- Ramp duties.
- Demonstrate problem solving skills.
- Provide positive guidance to GHA.




- Implement solutions that avoid or minimize problems.
- Assist passengers on arrival at customs and immigration.
- Handle mishandled baggage.
- Suggest ways to improve the station's processes and increase efficiency.
- Write delay reports.

Perform administrative functions:

- Verify invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Follow up with vendors in the event of a billing error.
- Identify cost saving opportunities.
- Complete flight log reports and statistics.
- Identify anomalies and suggest solutions to avoid errors.
- Complete online courses as assigned.
- Prepare pre-flight/post-flight administrative work for flight operations.
