? Senior Planner – Major Pharmaceutical Project

Milan, Italy

️ Construction / EPC / General Contractor

Optimus Search is supporting the delivery of a major pharmaceutical facility in Milan and is looking for an experienced Senior Planner to join the project team.

This position would particularly suit someone who has worked on large-scale, technically complex construction projects within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.

We are ideally looking for:

• 8+ years' project planning experience

• Strong pharmaceutical / life sciences project experience

• Background working for a General Contractor / EPC

• Advanced Primavera P6 knowledge

• Development and management of integrated project schedules

• Critical path and schedule analysis

• Construction sequencing and look-ahead planning





• Progress measurement and forecasting

• Coordination across engineering, procurement and construction

• Experience working with contractors and subcontractors

?? Native Italian is highly desirable , alongside strong professional English.

Milan – site-based project
