Based in Milan, you will develop and execute the strategy for Property & Liability risks in the Italian market and support Allianz Mid-Corporate targets. You will liaise with agents and work with cross-functional teams to drive underwriting performance and product strategies. The role combines risk assessment, portfolio management, and collaboration to grow profitable business while ensuring governance and adherence to guidelines. You will shape local risk strategy within a global framework and contribute to cross-selling and market activation.Ensure underwriting authority, pricing and rating guidelines are followedSteer the local portfolio to meet financial targetsReview end-to-end underwriting performance with cross-functional peersCollaborate with Sales, Risk Consulting, Claims,



and other product lines for marketing strategiesMaintain underwriting discipline and compliance with corporate guidelines and local regulatory frameworkSupport development and implementation of new or modified productsAssist in acquiring new business and retaining existing business (agent/broker negotiations)Communicate local business strategy externallyMaster's degree in Engineering or Economics or Law5+ years' underwriting experience in profitable Property (PD/BI and Theft and Liability) for Corporate ClientsPreference for multinational client experienceProven leadership skillsRisk assessment expertise and knowledge of policy administration xysqume life cycleStrong pricing knowledge and market analysisExperience in designing, developing and implementing robust wordings and underwriting projects is a plusAbility to work in an international organizationFluent in English (written and spoken)Data AnalyticsVery good knowledge of Office 365 and collaborative toolsstrong communicationleadershippricing and market analysispolicy administration lifecycle#J-18808-Ljbffr
