Your Responsibilities
Full responsibility for the entire employee life cycle – from recruiting and onboarding to development and off‐boarding
Advising and supporting managers in all HR‐related topics
Ensuring professional HR processes and standards across the resort
Preparation and administration of employment contracts and all HR‐related documentation
Ensuring full compliance with Italian labour law and internal policies
Managing and driving recruiting activities in close cooperation with the departments
Developing and implementing HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement, development and retention
Acting as a trusted contact person for employees regarding all HR‐related matters
Collaborating with external partners (e.g. authorities, payroll providers, consultants)
