Job Title: Channel Sales Manager
Location: Italy
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Insight & Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of customer needs and industry trends to produce market insight reports, providing data support for business strategy formulation.
2. Customer Needs Management: Accurately identify and rapidly respond to customer needs, coordinating internal and external resources to provide customized solutions.
3. Customer Relationship Development: Establish and maintain long-term, stable customer relationships, uncover potential cooperation opportunities, and drive continuous business growth.
4. End-to-End Project Management: Lead the advancement of customer projects, including business negotiations, client visits, and deal closure, ensuring efficient project execution.
5. Sales Target Achievement:Formulate and implement sales strategies and resource planning to ensure the timely achievement of channel revenue and profit targets.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in channel sales.
2. Experience in B2C (Consumer) sales is required; experience in the e-cigarette industry is preferred. Familiarity with the European market, along with experience in key account development and team management.
3. Proficient in French as a working language.
