- Follows up solution implementation and ensure consistency between initial requirement and final delivery;
- Lead and execute test phases for internal functional test and customer validation;
- Define and maintain solution design, traceability, and change requests coordinating software factory, operations, and IT;
- Support operations in process discussion and understanding;
- Act as the primary point of contact between the software factory and business operations, mediating priorities and decisions;
- Deliver WMS solutions from requirements gathering through functional, integration, and acceptance testing - up to cut-over, go-live, and hypercare;
- Highlights gaps and evaluate solution proposal;
- Reports bugs, support in identifying problems and provide resolutions using root cause analysis;
- Interacts with operations engineer and process owners to help refine business specifications for new functionalities and process improvement;
- Monitors progresses and reporting according to KPI's identified;
- Communicates and exchange with the customer and internal stakeholders.
