In this role you will implement and maintain the organization’s ICT infrastructure to ensure availability, security, and reliability for daily operations. You will collaborate with IT and business teams to optimize performance and enable scale, automation, and digital transformation. You will work on projects such as cloud migrations and cybersecurity initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement in a multinational, technology-driven environment. This position offers autonomy with a strong focus on impact, cross-functional collaboration, and timely problem-solving.

- Install, configure, and deploy servers, networks, and storage
- Support virtualization and cloud technologies adoption
- Optimize infrastructure for performance, security, and scalability
- Participate in infrastructure projects (cloud migration, cybersecurity)
- Administer and monitor servers, devices, and storage
- Troubleshoot, apply updates, ensure stability
- Manage backups and disaster recovery




- Implement proactive monitoring and automation
- Provide expert technical support for incidents
- Collaborate with service desk to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain documentation and procedures
- Provide performance and availability reports to management
- 3+ years of ICT infrastructure management experience (networking, systems, or cloud)
- Bachelor in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent proven experience)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong networking, security, and virtualization/cloud knowledge
- Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible)
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
