A passionate Customer Service Intern who’s ready to step into the world of Supply Chain.
Your Next Role
You’ll join our Customer Service team and support both customer-facing and back-office activities, gaining a comprehensive understanding of operational processes within an international Supply Chain environment.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Manage customer orders, ensuring accurate data entry and timely processing
- Support daily delivery activities and monitor order status to ensure smooth execution
- Handle customer requests and provide support through phone and email communications
- Assist in the management of service claims and customer inquiries, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution
- Maintain and update customer and operational data within company systems
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Logistics, Planning, Finance and Sales to ensure excellent service levels
- Support administrative and reporting activities related to Customer Service operations
- Contribute to value-added service activities and continuous improvement initiatives
You’ll be supported by a great team and guided through an onboarding experience designed to help you connect with the business, your colleagues, and the full customer journey.
What You’ll Need
To be successful in this role, you bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
- A strong interest in Customer Service and Supply Chain processes
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- A good level of English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, solution-oriented "can-do" attitude
- Curiosity, motivation, and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
What We Offer
- Internship reimbursement: €600–€800 gross per month
