You will be the core technical backbone for all local authorized dealers, delivering training, remote on-site troubleshooting, technical upgrade management and quality issue closed-loop improvement. /ppbr/ppKey Responsibilities /ppbr/pulliOversee nationwide technical training programs for automotive dealers, systematically improve workshop repair capability of all service networks. /liliProvide end-to-end technical support: remote online troubleshooting and on-site field assistance to resolve complex vehicle failure cases. /liliTake full ownership of technical upgrade campaigns, optimize execution plans and lift the overall completion rate of all upgrade activities. /liliCollect and escalate vehicle quality defects timely,
