Senior Product Owner

As a Senior Product Owner, you will be the visionary leader behind our next-generation platform, defining the 'what' and 'why' and contributing to the 'how it feels'. Acting as the strategic bridge between business objectives, user experience and technical execution, you will be responsible for aligning these three areas.
You will own the product roadmap from start to finish and, when necessary, design user flows and interaction patterns to ensure the platform remains intuitive, scalable and user-centred.
Your mission will be to maximise the value delivered by the development team, ensuring that our solutions remain aligned with the company's long-term goals and the evolving needs of the market.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the product roadmap, translating high-level business goals into actionable themes, epics and user stories
- Design and document user flows and interaction specifications for new features to ensure a coherent and intuitive experience across the platform. Experience with tools such as Figma is advantageous,
but clear thinking about user flows is more important than pixel-perfect design
- Lead the refinement, prioritisation and continuous maintenance of the product backlog to ensure the team focuses on the most valuable initiatives
- Conduct discovery activities such as user interviews, usability tests and data analysis to identify issues early on and transform insights into evidence-based improvements
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, balancing competing requirements and communicating trade-offs clearly
- Collaborate closely with senior developers to understand technical constraints, discuss architectural decisions and ensure that solutions support long-term scalability without compromising usability
- Define KPIs with Product Marketing and use analytics, user insights and market research to guide product decisions and measure the impact of releases
