Grafton is proud to partner with a prestigious multinational leader in the B2B services sector, recognized for its commitment to innovation and corporate excellence. On behalf of our client, we are actively recruiting a Sales Support Specialist to join their dynamic team based in Milan.

In this pivotal position, you will report directly to the Sales Manager and act as the core backbone for all Key Account manager operating across the national territory. You will bridge the gap between field sales and internal operations, ensuring an exceptional client experience and seamless business continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Nurture and manage business relationships post-contract closure. You will resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide high-level, consultative customer care.
- Order Management: Efficiently process and input quotes, offers, and orders into CRM/ERP systems with maximum precision, verifying technical and administrative details.
- Process Monitoring: Track and optimize internal administrative workflows related to orders and projects, ensuring data accuracy and cross-departmental alignment.
- Field Team Support: Collaborate closely with the external sales force to maximize commercial efficiency, allowing them to focus entirely on expanding into new markets.
Requirements:
- Academic background in Economics, Business Administration, or a related commercial field.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Sales or Sales Support roles.
- Fluent/Native command of both English and Italian is mandatory. The entire recruitment process, as well as European internal meetings, will be conducted strictly in English. Knowledge of a third European language is a distinct advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiar with CRM platforms. Experience with ERP systems is considered a major plus.
- Outstanding communication and phone skills, client-centric mindset, sharp problem-solving skills, and the resilience to handle stress while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

- CCNL Commercio, with a competitive RAL of €30,000 - €35,000 (commensurate with experience).
