We are looking for an experienced IT Senior Business Process Partner to join our Group Business Processes & IT Department and play a key role in our digital transformation journey, with a strategic focus on business process evolution. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner between IT and business functions, ensuring alignment between organizational needs, business processes, and digital solutions.
Tasks & responsibilities

- Contribute to the governance and execution of the company’s digital transformation agenda, supporting strategic initiatives across multiple business functions.
- Coordinate and facilitate cross‑functional initiatives related to projects’ implementation, process harmonization, and organizational change.
- Analyze and challenge existing business processes, identifying opportunities for standardization, simplification, and operational improvement.
- Lead and moderate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, testing activities, and decision‑making processes with international stakeholders.
- Ensure successful execution of project activities including planning, prioritization, testing, training, go‑live, and post‑go‑live stabilization.
- Promote user adoption and organizational readiness by supporting key users and facilitating collaboration across departments.
