leading the Proposal Team and managing all the activities to prepare an offer in the different offer phases, together with the approval phase.Activities:- Lead the Proposal Team managing end to end the proposal process with all the relevant stakeholders. - Align with Sales to verify the opportunity to issue an offer consistent with the strategic objectives - Obtain from the functions an assessment of the technical / industrial feasibility, economic-financial, legal/administrative impact of the offer- Gather and prepare the documentation related to all aspects of the offer, including project management, technical, customer support and training, finance, planning, contractual, suppliers, offset, etc.. - Ensure the offer to be approved in accordance with the internal authorizations - Deliver through Sales the commercial offer to the Customer ensuring the offer is compliant with the requirements - Support contractual
