To support the company’s ambitious growth plan, we are seeking aSenior Business Development Managerwith solid experience in the renewable energy sector, particularly in developing opportunities within theB2B solar photovoltaic (PV) marketin the C&I; Italian SME industry

Reporting directly to the President, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing high-value business opportunities, making a direct contribution to the achievement of the company’s growth objectives.

The ideal candidate has a strong network within the energy sector,



extensive experience managing complex negotiations, and a proven ability to generate and close opportunities, delivering an annual target of10 to 50 MW of new solar PV installations.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and implement the company’s national business development strategyfor Italian SME
- Identify and secure new opportunities withinthe Italian SMEfor Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) segment
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from commercial proposal through contract negotiation NO and execution.
- Lead complex, high-value negotiations with CEOs, CFOs, Procurement Managers, and business owners.
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline capable of generating10-30 MWof newsolar PPAPV projects annually.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments within the energy sector.
