It's knowing that the world is yours and that your chances to work in various countries are within your reach, all while still being part of our great family.It is experiencing one of the most exciting journeys of your life, a journey where personal and professional growth will accompany you at every step.Are you ready to take the reins of your professional career and explore new inspiring opportunities within Meliá? ððMission of The Role: Responsible for strategy in the assigned segment What will you have to do?Define the global strategy for the assigned business.Ensure the implementation of the sales strategy in the different Hotels and ensure that the strategy of other segments is correctly implemented in the business units for which they are directly responsible (both hotels and Segment sales teams).Participate in planning projects and defining priorities Responsible for implementing strategy for all of the segments for companies in hotels under their responsibility and validating with Revenue Management the appropriate segmentation for hotels under their responsibility.Monitor the sales objectives and define and implement the action plans required to achieve the objectives for the segment.Manage relationships with Key Accounts on a global level.Lead the contracting of new accounts in the segment, including online platforms or partners, that bring increased business and/or visibility on a global level.Develop relationships with key accounts to maximise revenue and ensure a positive perception of the company in the markets under their responsibility.Who are we looking for?At least, 2 years of experience in the same role.Degree in Tourism, Hospitality or similar.Italian and advanced EnglishGreat ability to communicate and negotiate.Knowledge of PMS Opera Cloud and Focus tools
