Position: Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location: Athens,Greece – Onsite
Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day withrotational shifts
Compensation: €1,100 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance premio upto15%+Fully paid training+ Full relocation package (flight ticket within EU, airport pickup + hotel accommodation + real estate agency fee)
Your Responsibilities
As an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative , you will:
- Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
- Assist customers with platform,
product, and service-related questions
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
- Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
- Follow established quality and productivity standards
- Help customers understand the platform and available features
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level
- English B2+ for training and internal communication
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused and empathetic approach
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Flexible and comfortable working rotating shifts
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team
- No previous experience required – full paid training is provided
