Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Agent - Onsite Greece - Full Relocation Support

We are looking for Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams in Athens and Thessaloniki . Depending on the project, you may provide customer service, after-sales support, technical assistance, claims support, or support for business customers

Working Location: Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece
Work Model: On-site
Language: Dutch – C1/C2level
English: B2–C1, depending on the project
Salary: €1,300–€1,500 gross/month +premio(depending on the project)+Full relocation package (hotel accommodation+airport pick up+flight ticket+real estate agency fee)
Working Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project

Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Your Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate and professional customer support.
- Troubleshoot product, service, account, payment, or technical issues.
- Assist with deliveries, repairs, replacements, refunds, and claims.
- Explain product and service information clearly to customers.




- Manage customer interactions and case information using CRM systems and internal tools.
- Escalate complex issues when necessary and follow up until resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet quality and performance targets.

Requirements

- Dutch proficiency at C1 level , both written and spoken.
- English proficiency at B2–C1 level , depending on the project.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working with computers, CRM systems, and multiple digital tools.
