For our office in Milan, we are looking for a Project Development Manager.
What will you do day-to-day?
- Manage the activities of obtaining RTB – ready to build - status for late-stage projects (VIA and AU obtained). Ensure all necessary permissions and permissions up to ready-to-build status.
In particular: VdO (Verifica di ottemperanza) and all the required Secondary Authorizations.
- Manage co-development contracts and relationships with external developers or external engineering companies to ensure timely and budget-friendly deliveries, while adhering to company guidelines and policies.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders: Public Authorities, Landowners, Grid operators, etc.
- Discussion and agreement of technical and commercial specifics internally.
- Monitor project delivery times and implement best practices.
- Create and maintain project reporting.
- Ensure a structured documentation archive.
- Collaborate with internal functions (Legal, Controlling, Engineering, Interconnection, Construction etc.) in order to successfully develop the assigned projects and in accordance with group procedures and guidelines.
