Position We’re looking for a strategic and hands‑on Head of External Communications to shape and elevate the team.blue corporate brand across Europe. This role will define and deliver a compelling corporate communications strategy that builds visibility, credibility, and engagement among our key audiences (investors, founders, and employees) while amplifying our story as one of Europe’s largest and most dynamic digital platform for SMBs. You’ll be responsible for how team.blue shows up across media, social channels, our corporate website, and the team.blue podcast,
ensuring a coherent and inspiring brand presence. You will also champion the use of AI tools to enhance communications impact and storytelling, and play a key role in showcasing how team.blue is leveraging AI across its ecosystem to innovate and grow.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a cohesive external communications strategy for the team.blue corporate brand, integrating media, digital, and content initiatives.
- Define and manage a consistent messaging framework and narrative across all external touchpoints.
- Partner closely with the SLT, Group Communications, M&A;, and People teams to align messaging with strategic priorities.
- Champion a modern, data‑driven communications approach, leveraging AI‑powered tools for content creation, media monitoring, analytics, and engagement optimization.
