For the Order To Delivery Department – Italy Market of Haier Europe HQ based in Vimercate (MB), we are looking for an Order to Delivery Intern who will support the team in the following activities :

- Customer management end to end
- the entire order flow, from order entry to delivery
- Sales condition entry &update;
- Customer master data maintenance

- Logistic activities such as Direct Deliveries and Booking slot Management
- Claim management and related credit/debit note flow
- Flow Analysis and Projects management

What you need to succeedStudent in Economics, Management Engineering or any similar disciplineFluent Italian, good knowledge of EnglishExcellent knowledge of Office (Excel, Power Point)
