MICROSOFT FABRIC DATA & BI CONSULTANT – JOIN A LEADING MICROSOFT SOLUTIONS PARTNER

Our client, a recognised Microsoft Solutions Partner, is looking for a passionate and driven Microsoft Fabric Data & BI Consultant to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge Data & AI projects within a dynamic and collaborative environment, supporting customers across innovative cloud and analytics initiatives.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Analysing requirements, designing and developing Data and Business Intelligence solutions on the Microsoft Fabric platform
- Preparing Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and full-stack pilot projects within Microsoft Fabric environments for customers and prospects
- Supporting ongoing projects through targeted interventions across Data Platform and Analytics activities
- Assisting during tender and pre-sales phases, including drafting technical documentation, proposals and solution offers
- Maintaining up-to-date expertise across Microsoft technologies, data management methodologies and analytics best practices

About You

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic professionals with:

- At least 1 year of experience developing full-stack Microsoft Fabric solutions across both backend and front-end environments
- Minimum 2 years of experience delivering Cloud and Business Intelligence solutions
- Strong knowledge of:
- Power BI
- Azure Data Services
- OneLake
- Data Lake
- Synapse
- Integration Services
- Solid experience with SQL, PySpark, DAX and data modelling
- Excellent teamwork and customer-facing skills




- A degree in a technical/scientific discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Good written and spoken English

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Expertise in Data Architecture and BI solution design
- Excellent presentation and technical storytelling capabilities
- High technical flexibility across the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem, from OneLake architecture management through to Power BI visualisation
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences
- A consultative mindset with adaptability, dynamism and customer focus

Preferred Experience

- Microsoft Data & AI certifications (e.G. DP-600 and/or DP-700)
- Experience in pre-sales, consultancy or technical advisory environments

Additional Information

- Salary range: €35,000 – €40,000 gross annual salary (RAL), depending on experience and suitability
- Candidates should have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar Data & BI consulting role, with strong expertise across Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and Azure Cloud technologies
