Responsabilità
- Identify and develop growth opportunities in targeted markets
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor value propositions
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and serve as trusted advisor
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to inform strategy
- Establish strategic partnerships and alliances aligned with business objectives
- Drive revenue and profitability targets through complex deal closure
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders in an international context
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years of business development in industrial automation
- Proven track record of closing large, complex deals
- Experience selling software and cybersecurity solutions
- Fluent in English; strong communication skills
- International experience with diverse stakeholders
- Results-oriented with a history of meeting revenue targets
- Exposure to Specialty Chemicals, Energy, Renewable Energy, Utilities, Midstream, Upstream, LifeScience/Pharma, or Marine markets
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
