We are looking for a profile to join the Operations & Technology Department as an Application Operations Supervisor.

Main Activities

- Coordinate an application management team, prioritizing and ensuring the quality of activities.
- Oversee application releases across various environments and ensure compliance with operational processes.
- Manage incidents, problems, and changes as technical and operational escalation points.
- Delivery, assurance, and troubleshooting on production systems.
- Manage relationships with internal customers, ensuring effective communication and alignment on needs.
- Coordinate activities with internal teams and external vendors.
- O-versee tuning, performance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of application services.
- Ensure maintenance and governance of middleware (IIS, Tomcat, Nginx, Redis).
- Promote process improvements and automation from a DevOps perspective.

Requirements
- Experience in Application Operations, System Engineering, or similar roles.
- Proficiency with Windows Server and Linux systems.
- Scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash).
- Knowledge of monitoring systems (Grafana, Elastic/ELK, Zabbix, or equivalent).
- Ability to manage or coordinate technical teams.




- Ability to problem‑solve and prioritize.
- Excellent communication skills and a service orientation.
- Experience defining operational KPIs and reporting.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools (GitLab, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

Gross annual salary commensurate with experience (45k-53k)
