Responsibilities
- As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short‑term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real‑world experience. You will gain practical skills through on‑the‑job learning in a fast‑paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis – we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least a 3‑month internship period.
- Partner Business Development: Identify, qualify, and approach agencies and service providers that could join the TSP program. Own the pipeline from first contact to onboarding handoff.
- Ecosystem Operations: Keep the partner engine running – coordinate across internal teams and external partners to unblock execution, track program milestones, and ensure commitments land.
- Performance Intelligence & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards, trackers,
and automated workflows that make partner performance visible. If repetitive, systematize it.
- Partner Cold Start: Work directly with newly onboarded TSPs to accelerate their first 90 days on TikTok Shop – setup, capability activation, first seller wins.
- Merchant Opportunity Scouting: Support partners in identifying e‑commerce opportunities for their sellers: category analysis, assortment gaps, GMV potential assessment, benchmarking.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Genuine curiosity about discovery e‑commerce and where commerce is going
- Bias for action and ownership – own decisions and act fast
- Comfortable with data & GenAI savvy – you reach for a spreadsheet or a prompt to automate and take informed decisions
- Italian fluency – to communicate with local TSP partners, merchants, and stakeholders in the Italian market
- English working proficiency – for cross‑team collaboration with global
