In this role you drive sales and profitability for Siemens Healthineers Lab Solutions in the Puglia/Basilicata territory. You work closely with the Territory Manager to execute commercial strategies, identify growth opportunities, and monitor market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge. You manage the sales funnel, develop economic proposals, and coordinate internal teams to deliver compelling offers and successful deals. The position combines strategic account management with hands-on execution to expand market share. You'll contribute to business growth while supporting customer excellence and efficient program execution.

Responsabilità
- Collaborate with the Territory Manager to implement commercial strategies and hit regional sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and integrate them into the territory plan
- Analyze KPIs via CRM to track revenue, profitability, market share and win rate
- Maintain a robust sales funnel ensuring market coverage and alignment with buying cycles
- Partner with Sales Support,
HCS, Marketing to design technical and economic proposals and set pricing
- Drive Installed Base Replacement program and manage End of Life updates
- Coordinate customer activities with Marketing, Customer Service, Tender Office, Order Entry, and Procurement
- Monitor customer satisfaction with NPS surveys and implement corrective actions as needed
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Biology, Chemicals or technical fields
- 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B Sales, Account Management, or Business Development
- Strong CRM proficiency and ability to analyze xjncmbx KPIs and P&L; impact
- Experience identifying market opportunities and executing product lifecycle/replacement programs
- Excellent coordination with internal functions (Marketing, Customer Service, Tender Office, Procurement)
- Proven experience in monitoring client satisfaction (NPS) and implementing commercial initiatives
- Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken)
