Your Responsibilities

- Independent organization and management of the bistrot kitchen

- Preparing and finishing all dishes on the bistrot menu

- Mise-en-place and preparation for daily service

- Ensuring consistently high quality in terms of taste, presentation, and preparation

- Responsibility for the order, cleanliness, and organization of your own work area

- Inventory control and timely coordination of supply needs

- Compliance with hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen

- Working closely with the head chef as well as the service and bar teams
