The Sales Internal Support provides operational, administrative and document-related support for commercial activities connected to the rental of electric vehicles in the Italian, French and German markets.
The role oversees the process from supporting the preparation of the offer through to the order, registration, invoicing and contract activation, ensuring the completeness and consistency of the information entered in company systems, as well as compliance with procedures, local specificities and operational deadlines.
Day To Day
- Support dealers and the sales force in preparing and managing rental quotations.
- Prepare the documentation required for the credit assessment, regularly checking the status of the application, and arrange the contract printout to obtain the customer’s signature on all required sections.
- Contact the dealer and/or the relevant sales representative to manage vehicle registration, insurance and delivery to the end customer.

Essentials
- Degree in Languages, Economics, or related field.
- Mandatory languages: Italian (C1) and English (C1), one language among French and German (C1) written and spoken.
- Analytical mindset and results orientation.
- Strong organizational skills and accuracy and attention to details
- Knowledge of commercial and administrative rental processes, including vehicle order, purchase, registration, invoicing, delivery, and management of contractual, corporate and financial documentation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and digital tools.
- Strong team-working attitude.
