App Quality Analyst / QA Tester (Remote)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical App Quality Analyst / QA Tester to join our tech team on a fully remote basis (working from anywhere in Italy). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality, reliability, and user experience of our mobile and web applications before they reach our users.

Responsibilities

- Design, write, and execute comprehensive test cases and scenarios for mobile apps (iOS/Android) and web platforms.
- Identify, document, and track software defects (bugs) using standard issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
- Perform functional, regression, UI/UX, and performance testing to ensure seamless software delivery.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
- Verify bug fixes and participate in release deployment planning and validation.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a QA Tester, Quality Analyst, or similar role in software/app development.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools,



and processes (Agile/Scrum environment experience is a plus).
- Experience in testing mobile applications across different devices, screen sizes, and operating systems (iOS and Android).
- Strong analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Good command of written and spoken Italian and English; reliable PC and a stable internet connection for remote work.
