ABOUT THE ROLEKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of food according to hotel standards and recipes.
- Assist with basic food preparation, ingredient handling, and mise en place for daily operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations, storage areas, and equipment.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Assist with receiving, storing,
and rotating food products in accordance with FIFO procedures.
- Support chefs during service periods to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Help monitor stock levels and report shortages or quality concerns to supervisors.
- Learn and apply culinary techniques, recipes, and kitchen procedures under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Collaborate with kitchen and F&B; team members to deliver high-quality dining experiences.
- Participate in training and development activities to build culinary and hospitality skills.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Strong interest in culinary operations and food & beverage within the hospitality industry.
- Passion for food, creativity, and willingness to learn.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and eagerness to gain hands-on kitchen experience.
- Basic knowledge in English; Italian is an advantage.
- Based in Italy or eligible to work in Italy.
