Logistics Assistant - Job Description Key Responsibilities Interacts with vendors and agents on behalf of the TJX Companies Inc. various divisions on logistics policies and procedures. Constant communication with the vendor community and with the buying and sourcing teams to ensure compliance to all details related to the direct importation of merchandise into U.S. and Canadian markets. Thorough understanding of TJX's direct import protocols to be able to guide new and existing suppliers thru the details of getting goods exported to the retail market on time. Provides constructive counseling to agents/vendors to correct non-compliant execution of TJX logistics standards. Assists in various aspects of Purchase order follow up once a product/program is committed with a vendor by the buyers. Requirements Knowledge of computer systems. Good organization skills.
Excellent verbal/writing skills in English Ability to communicate to all levels of staff. Previous experience in Logistics represents a plus Availability to travel as required Location: Florence Salary Band: Questa posizione ha un intervallo retributivo iniziale previsto compreso tra 27,400.00 € e 35,560.00 €.
