You will be responsible for providing medical case management for patients, visiting them at healthcare provider sites, writing medical reports and providing medical updates.
This role is to cover Naples and the surrounding areas for 1 year with a possible extension.This is a fantastic opportunity for nurses to move away from the demands of a clinical environment to an on-site case manager role using their medical expertise.Key responsibilitiesThe nursewould provide comprehensive in-patient clinical case management in line with clinical and Intl. SOS standardsDevelop and maintain effective relationships with providers, (medical and administrative) internal and external stakeholders and suppliers to ensure excellent delivery of serviceRegularly visit or contact the care providers (civilian and military treatment facility centers) to obtain updates for medical casesLiaise with patients to obtain detailed clinical information including past medical history to allow for xysqume accurate on-going case managementSupport the medical collection team in obtaining the discharge summary and medical records from the care providerAbout youRegistered General Nurse or equivalent with experience with registration to practice in ItalyA demonstrable commitment to professional developmentAble to communicate Italian and proficiently in EnglishOwn a car and be willing to travel to local medicial sitesFull right to work#J-18808-Ljbffr
