You sit inside a live team, take a real problem, and ship a working solution rather than a slide about one.Day to day, you will prototype with large language models, build agents and automations that replace manual process, and help move portfolio products from systems of record into systems of action through our central AI platform. The work is measured by adoption: a workflow someone relies on, a step that no longer needs a person, a decision made faster and better.You will work directly with our AI team, engineers and operators across London, Milan and Sarajevo, and present what you build to the people who decide whether it scales.
