La preghiamo di leggere la descrizione almeno una volta prima di fare clic su "Candidati".br- Food Industry Location: Crema (CR), Italy Adecco Italia S.p.A., on behalf of a leading company operating in the food industry, is seeking a Documentation Specialist.brThe successful candidate will join the team and be responsible for managing, creating, and updating technical documentation related to products, ingredients, and packaging, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.brResponsabilita Key Responsibilities Create and maintain product, ingredient, and packaging specifications.brLiaise directly with suppliers and internal stakeholders to collect, verify, and validate technical information.brDevelop and manage product labeling content in compliance with current regulations.brEnter and update recipe-related information.brCreate and manage Bills of Materials.brSupport documentation compliance activities and data quality processes.brSkill e Professionalita Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Food Science and Technology, Chemistry, Nutrition/Dietetics, or a related field.brPrevious experience, including internships or traineeships, in Quality, RD, or Regulatory Affairs is considered an advantage.brFluent English,
