Overview
In this role you will support scripted, unscripted, and feature deals in Italy, helping production companies, IP holders, and talent achieve business objectives within Amazon’s Prime Video ecosystem. You will interact with cross-functional teams to navigate complex negotiations, assess risk, and keep stakeholders aligned under tight timelines. You’ll advise senior leaders and contribute to shaping the terms of on-screen content and rights across international markets. This is a chance to influence Amazon’s content strategy while working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Responsabilità
- Support negotiations with production companies, IP holders, and above-the-line talent to advance business objectives
- Navigate ambiguity and solve unfamiliar problems in dealmaking
- Communicate across Creative, Production, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Tax, Accounting, Distribution, and external partners
- Manage high-volume workloads efficiently while staying composed under pressure
- Advise senior executives and build relationships through clear risk analysis and cross-department collaboration
Requisiti fondamentali
- Law or business degree
- Experience with complex commercial and talent agreements (rights, work-for-hire, co-productions, licenses, distribution)
- Extended experience in the entertainment sector (media law firm, production company, studio, or network)
- Experience with entertainment industry customs and practices
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Risk analysis and decision making under time pressure
- Legal and commercial terminology
- Contract negotiation and drafting
- Understanding of rights and licensing frameworks
