We bring joy to mobility – are you in?You can look forward to these exciting tasks:Manage warranty and 0 Km requests from aftermarket and OE customersManage analysis and reporting related to warranty and 0 Km materialsContribute to the telephone support service by providing technical support via phone/email for the entire range of Webasto productsActively collaborate with internal departments (R&D, Quality, Sales) to analyze technical issues and customer service requestsPerform interventions at customer locationsThis is what you bring to us:High school diploma, preferably in mechanical or electrical subjectsKnowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Internet Explorer, and, if possible,
