Un operatore di macchine per l'avvolgimento e il taglio dei cavi è responsabile del funzionamento e della manutenzione delle macchine per l'avvolgimento dei cavi e dell'esecuzione degli ordini di lavoro secondo le specifiche. Il suo compito principale è garantire l'avvolgimento ottimizzato e sicuro del cavo su bobine o rocchetti secondo i requisiti specifici.

- Configurazione della macchina
- Avvolgimento del cavo
- Controllo qualità: ispezionare il cavo durante l'avvolgimento per identificare eventuali difetti.
- Misurazione e taglio
- Manutenzione della macchina
- Conformità alla sicurezza
- Conservazione dei registri
- Collaborazione: coordinarsi con gli altri membri del team, come supervisori, personale addetto al controllo qualità e tecnici di manutenzione delle macchine, per garantire un flusso di produzione regolare e risolvere eventuali problemi operativi.
