Overview
In this role, you help shape Docplanner’s growth in Italy by turning strategic opportunities into revenue. You will operate across Sales, Product, CS, Marketing, Partnerships and Finance to launch new ventures and improve commercial performance. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to identify growth drivers, build scalable processes, and drive measurable ARR. This is a chance to impact a major market while shaping a portfolio of new revenue streams.

Responsabilità
- Launch and scale new revenue streams in Italy (e.g., Terapia and payments products)
- Improve sales productivity through better structure, profiles, incentives, processes and cadence
- Define go-to-market approaches for new ventures and build the required teams and operating rhythm
- Test, validate, and scale commercial models with cross-functional input
- Own the commercial aspects of new venture launches and ensure adoption and revenue growth
- Develop and execute cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Product, CS, Marketing, Finance and Partnerships
- Balance growth with customer value and marketplace health
- Create clear priorities, owners, metrics and accountability across scope
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years in commercial, general management, strategy or GTM roles in SaaS, marketplace or B2B recurring-revenue with SMB customers
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth
- Experience launching or scaling new products, ventures or revenue streams from early stage to commercial traction
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, team structures, incentives, forecasting and rep-level performance
- Experience leading through organizational change (hiring, coaching, restructuring)
- Cross-functional experience across Sales, Product, CS, Marketing, Finance and Partnerships
