What you’ll be doing
As a Supply Chain Specialist, you'll join a small team that works closely with manufacturing sites and cross‑functional stakeholders to drive improvement projects across our European operations.
Your responsibilities:
- Dive deep into Sonoco's end-to-end supply chain processes
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, performance, and costs
- Support and lead strategic improvement projects
- Explore and support the use of digital tools, data analytics, and emerging technologies to improve supply chain performance.
- Drive change management initiatives and support teams through transformation
- Build expertise in Oracle ERP and other key planning systems
- Ensure high‑quality and reliable supply chain data across the business
Who we’re looking for
We're looking for someone who's curious, analytical, and excited to solve complex challenges.
You would be a great fit if you:
- Hold a master’s degree in engineering, economics, logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field
- Recent graduate or early‑career professional
- Enjoy solving problems and turning data into actionable insights
- Have strong analytical and project management skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and able to adapt to change
- Communicate clearly and collaborate well with different stakeholders
- Show initiative and a strong sense of ownership
- Speak fluent English
- Have experience with ERP systems (a plus, not a requirement)
- Most importantly, you’re eager to learn, grow, and make an impact.
