This is a hands-on operational finance role supporting two manufacturing sites, with a particular focus on industrial controlling, product costing, inventory management and performance analysis. This role will suit an experienced Plant Controller, Industrial Controller or Head of Controlling with a strong manufacturing background. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pulliManufacturing performance reporting and analysis /liliProduct costing and production cost analysis /liliCost centre reporting and variance analysis /liliInventory analysis, valuation and stock movement reporting /liliBudgeting and forecasting activities /liliMonthly management reporting /liliBusiness performance reviews and KPI tracking /liliSupporting operational decision-making through financial insight /liliBusiness Partner with stakeholders across the business, including Plant leadership teams, Operations, Accounting and Finance /li /ulpbr/ppbCandidate Profile:
/b /pulliFluent Italian and English /liliSignificant experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment /liliStrong industrial / plant controlling expertise /liliProven product costing and standard costing experience /liliStrong knowledge of inventory reporting and valuation /liliExperience supporting manufacturing operations and production teams /liliStrong budgeting, forecasting and reporting capabilities /liliExcellent business partnering skills /liliConfidence operating within a factory-based environment /liliImmediately available /li /ulpbr/ppbSites Travel: /b /ppThe role supports two manufacturing locations within Northern Italy.
