Responsibilities:Work closely with Technical Team, to support: Project delivery to customers, to guarantee deliver the projects in time and in budgetPost-sales stage for ICT Service and manage the customers when service get issueRegular order implementation report for management reviewPerform regular maintenance and preventive inspections of onsite equipment, including but not limited to routers switches, and/or transmission systems etc.Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in networks, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient resolution of faults.Work with various internal and CMI local companies in Europe Region for order activation and testingProfessional project management and regular update to customer about project statusRequirements:Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering or equivalent majorsFirst experience in IT & Telecom service deliveryTechnical knowledge in IP network design and configuration,
