Job Description

The OEM Account Manager plays a key role in supporting REPA's mission to become the preferred aftermarket partner for foodservice equipment manufacturers worldwide.

This position supports the development and growth of OEM partnerships, ensuring their long-term success and alignment with REPA's strategic objectives. Working closely with the OEM Account Owner, the OEM Account Manager helps identify growth opportunities, analyze market dynamics, and execute initiatives that create value for both REPA and its partners.

The role collaborates closely with Procurement, Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Project Management to drive strategic partnership initiatives, deliver value to OEMs, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

The ideal candidate combines a strong commercial mindset with analytical capabilities, has a solid understanding of international business dynamics,

and is able to build and maintain effective relationships with multiple stakeholders in a complex environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute account strategies in partnership with the Account Owner.
- Support the development and growth of existing OEM programs, strengthening REPA's position as a trusted aftermarket partner.
- Analyze market trends, partnership performance, and business opportunities to support strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to implement, launch, and operationalize OEM partnership programs.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, prepare business reviews, and provide recommendations to ensure compliance with agreements and achievement of business objectives.
- Act as a key point of coordination between OEM partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and a seamless customer experience.
