You will support the Chef de Rang carrying out his/her duties and cooperates with the Commis de Rang team during the service set-up to ensure a flawless restaurant experience is delivered to our Guests, whose satisfaction is the main objective of our team.
Reports to: Chef de Rang and Maître. Main duties & responsibilities: - Support the Chef de Rang delivering a tailor made culinary experience to our Guests according to the company standards and procedures;
- Support the Commis de Rang in every service preparation and set-up;
- Support the Commis de Rang cleaning the restaurant;
- Responsible for the equipment and supplies assigned to perform the service;
- Comply with H&S; national rules and company instructions. We offer: - Seasonal contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo.

- English knowledge at Intermediate level;
- Valid HACCP certification;
