In this role you oversee a diverse client portfolio, driving satisfaction, retention, and growth within the Kuehne+Nagel/Nacora ecosystem. You act as the primary client contact, shaping insurance programs and leading strategic sales initiatives and risk management aligned with client needs. You collaborate with insurers and internal stakeholders to design and implement comprehensive programs that deliver tangible value. Responsabilità
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention
- Serve as the primary client contact, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Prepare, present,
and manage insurance proposals, endorsements, and renewals
- Conduct risk and insurance program reviews and recommend cost-effective solutions
- Design, build, and implement comprehensive risk and insurance programs
- Identify emerging client needs to inform new product and service development
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and mitigate errors or omissions
Requisiti fondamentali
- 10+ years in a senior account management role with business development experience
- Registration in the Italian broker register, section B xysqume (preferred)
- Strong expertise in customer relationship management, consulting, and project management
- Analytical, consultative, and solution-oriented approach to client needs
- Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- English proficiency (preferred)
- Ability to travel nationally up to 50%
