Overview
As Web Content Specialist, you will manage and optimize Orient Express Trains & Hotels Italy websites, ensuring brand-consistent content and optimal user experience. You'll publish and curate multilingual content, work hands-on with CMSs, and support SEO and performance improvements. Collaborating with Marketing, Brand, IT and agencies, you'll help turn the website into a powerful communication, discovery and conversion platform.
Your autonomy and technical skills will drive site quality, visibility and user journeys.
Responsabilità
- Publish, update and quality-check content across WordPress, Drupal and other CMS platforms
- Coordinate creation and updates of pages, landing pages, offers and multilingual content
- Manage digital assets (images, videos, documents) within CMS and media libraries
- Support SEO, GEO and content optimization (metadata, internal links, page structure, search visibility)
- Contribute to content optimization for search engines, AI search, answer engines and generative platforms
- Analyze website performance and contribute to CRO and UX initiatives
- Define and implement A/B testing and other conversion rate optimization initiatives
- Support website development through requirements gathering, ticket management, testing, troubleshooting and coordinating new functionalities, plugins and integrations
- Manage first-level troubleshooting activities
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3-5 years of experience in web content management or digital content operations
- Hands-on experience with WordPress and Drupal
- Knowledge of on-page and technical SEO, CRO and UX principles
- Familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console and web analytics tools
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience managing tickets, testing, bugs and releases
- Excellent command of English
- Strong attention to detail, autonomy and stakeholder management skills
